Thank you Selim. Courteous and very professional. Helped sort out an emergency burst water pipe. Was communicative, responsive and tried very hard to fit me in on the day of the call, which he did. Competitively priced considering the emergency on a Saturday.

1st time I have used Selim... Looked at the reviews and thought id give him a go. The guy is very knowledgeable! Had issues with pressure on boiler and ignition problems on my hob... he sorted them out and even offered to come out on Sunday to rectify. He also communicated with Cadent when trying to diagnose the low pressure. Will be using him future with other gas work on my other properties. Not just a gasman.... Also does maintenance and had a look at the leaking velux in tip bedroom...

I had a bad leak in my bathroom and since it was the weekend, found it hard to get anyone to even answer their phone. This Company however answered and came out to my flat. They came on time were very polite and most of all quickly found the leak and rectified the problem at a reasonable price. I would use them again and also recommend them.

Selim came the same day to connect our gas hob. Tested the system and made sure it was up and running in no time. He also conducted a boiler service and spotted a fault which he showed me, explained what the issue was and fixed it within a day. Very reasonably priced, polite and reliable.

I found Selim through the very good reviews he had received from residents in Finchley who had used him to sort out their heating and/or plumbing problems. I had an emergency in the flat that we rent to a young couple, their shower had stopped working. Selim came to the flat within an hour and sorted out the issue. I have then used his services for a client's flat in Mayflower Lodge and to sort out a leaking Aqulise shower that had damaged a wall in our home. He replaced it with an external Grohe shower and we are delighted with it. He is now re-doing our other shower and I am confident he will do an excellent job with that and to replace a 30-year old gas Hob!

What turned out to be a task to get the upstairs rads and boiler to work in time for winter turned out to be a major job due to various (almost) fully blocked pipes in an old system. Selim got all issues sorted after various units stopped working. It was a difficult job that was completed extremely well. Highly recommended.

Selim has helped me with a few jobs - fixing a leaking tap, unblocking outside drains and replacing my toilet cistern. Every time he's super communicative, efficient and helpful, and get the job done well! I really like how thoughtful he is about the jobs - he always tries to fix things before he replaces them, like my tap was leaking and it was difficult to get into it but he tried his best to do so rather than replace the whole tap, which would have been more expensive. He's also very reasonable and fair with his pricing.

Selim is a really good, honest plumber. He actually used his intelligence. For instance my boiler keeps going wrong and he worked out that rather than buy a new expensive part (which I'd already done a couple of years back) that all that was necessary was to remove the limescale and put back in the part. This is a frequent problem in London with our hard water. He also put in a very complicated radiator for me.

Selim has been called out many times and is punctual, reliable and cleans up before he leaves. I wouldn't use anyone else and his prices are reasonable.
